Where does the jewellery come from?

We work with independent businesses, fair trade enterprises and co-operatives, thriving to build a strong business relationship that will last. Our aim is mutual success, supporting artisans throughout the world with a focus on handmade techniques and traditional skills. We work together as partners, providing each other an opportunity to build a future.

I think my Item is faulty, whats the next step?

If your piece of jewellery seems to be faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement (were possible), repair or full refund. A faulty item may be defined as not being the quality that you reasonably expected when it was purchased, keeping in mind the item description, or unfit for wear.

Can i request a custom jewellery piece?

Custom orders are momentarily closed, however if you are after a certain design in a particular size/stone simply leave your email address and notes about size/stone in the size request form underneath the product and we will get back to you.

How do I measure my ring size?

When choosing a specific ring size we recommend being professionally sized at your local jeweller. If you have an existing ring for the finger you would like to size visit our size guide.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide shipping is available. Fees vary depending on Location.

What stones do you work with?

Our most commonly stones used are Moonstone, Labradorite, Citrine, Amethyst, Malachite, Lapis Lazuli, Rosequartz, Tigerseye, Onyx, Carnelian, Turquoise, Garnet and Larimar. Sometimes Emerald, Ruby and Opals are available too. All stones are natural and may have slight variations.

I have changed my mind, can i get a refund?

Soul Silver does not give refunds for "change of mind". However, we are more then happy to exchange full priced items (were possible) or issue a store credit as long as the product is returned according to our returns policy. All items have to be in new, unused, damage free condition.
