Storage

To prevent dullness and tarnish, each silver piece should ideally be cleaned then stored in its own soft jewellery pouch or bag.

Wherever possible, keep jewellery away from moisture by storing your pieces in a cool, dry place. We recommend separating your silver jewellery from other metals, because they can also speed up the process of tarnish.

Do not store sterling silver jewellery on wood surfaces because natural woods contain acids which might react with your jewellery. If you cannot store your pieces in jewellery bags, we recommend a lined jewellery box or a airtight container.

How to Clean Your Jewellery

Tarnishing is a natural reaction which does not permanently damage your jewellery. Every piece of silver jewellery which is exposed to air will eventually tarnish. There is no specific duration over which silver jewellery will tarnish, it may happen within a few days, or it could be months or years before any discolouration. There are a few key reasons your jewellery may be showing early signs of tarnish, some examples are:
• acidic skin
• exposure to air
• contact with perfume, body lotion and oils
• swimming in high chlorinated pools

Avoid tarnish with regular cleaning with a good quality polishing cloth see link here. Do not use coarse fabrics as this can result in scratches. Careful brushing with a toothbrush and silverpolishing liquid or alternative soapy water soaking in baking soda and vinegar over night (no stones, shells or pearls - plain silver only), gently polishing with cloth after

If there are stubborn stains that you cannot remove, take it to an expert jeweller, so it can be cleaned using high-pressure steam.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, however our aim is to deliver your order as fast as possible. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Once an order is shipped we are unable to make any changes to the order, delivery address or location. Soul Silver takes no liability for orders that are sent to the incorrect address due to customer error or delays experienced due to courier delivery times or international customs.

Once an order is shipped it is the customers responsibility to track the delivery. If there are any issues with the delivery of the parcel Soul Silver will seek to rectify this with the courier company and place an investigation for you.

Any claims for non-delivery must be made ASAP and no later than 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery, outside of 30 days from the delivery date a claim is unable to be processed.

International shipping

International shipping is available. We have free international shipping for orders over $200, fees occur for orders below $200. However, please read our international shipping policy down below so you are informed before making your purchase.

International Shipping Policy

You may be subject to pay any taxes, duties, handling fees and customs clearance charges required from your country for imported goods. Contact you local customs office for more information as this varies for each country.

We are legally required to declare full value paid on the shipments and must include an invoice for customs. If the item doesn’t get cleared in customs it will be returned to us and you have to pay any additional charges for redelivery.

Gift Cards Policy

All our gift cards are valid for 1 year, received digitally and must be used before their expiry date.
A Gift receipt will be included for the order in case of a return/fault.

Warranty & Returns Policy

Soul Silver does not give refunds for "change of mind" . However, we are more then happy to exchange full priced items (were possible) or issue a store credit as long as the product is returned according to our returns policy.

• Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Items have to be in new , unused, damage free condition.
• Sale , Clearance items are not returnable if you change your mind.

All products are handmade with natural materials, therefore stone inclusions, colours, level of oxidation, sizes of stones, details will vary from item to Item. If for any reason you are not absolutely happy with your order contact us within 7 days of receiving your order here and we do what we can to resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for covering any additional postage fees to and from their location. The Item must be returned within 10 days of receiving the order, in the original packaging and show no signs of wear or other damage. We recommend tracked postage as Soul Silver are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels. Please contact us here before returning your order.

Store Credit will be processed as soon as your return has been received and inspected. We will contact you via email for further instructions. Store Credit is valid for 6 month from the date of issue

3 Month Warranty
Major faults would be expected to appear within the first 3 month in order for them to be determined as a manufacturer fault. You will need to show proof of purchase for your claim.

The warranty does not cover
• damaged caused through incidental wear and tear
• tarnishing
• any other damage (like dropping the piece)
• improper use/care
• scratches/cracks of stones and metal

We will cover the cost of return delivery for faulty items. A replacement, repair or refund will be processed after we received the original item and checked its condition.

If the piece shows any sign of damage from other than proper wear or shows signs of improper use/care the warranty will be voided. A repair may be offered for a fee were possible. Soul Silver keeps the right to decline a repair. Customers are responsible for covering any additional shipping charges,
